Gluten and Grain free substitutions
1c of wheat flour =
1/2 c. chickpea flour and 1/2 c. almond flour or 1/2 c. tapioca flour
1/2 c. fava bean flour and 1/2 c. tapioca flour
1/2 c. coconut flour and 1/2 c. tapioca flour
1 c. almond flour
1/2 c. almond flour and 1/2 c. tapioca flour
Potato flour or potato starch can be used as a sub for tapioca
brown rice flour, white rice flour, buckwheat flour or quinoa flakes can be sub to make a recipe gluen free but not grain free
