Healthy and fresh Topper

Add to any dry kibble

2 c. diced carrots
2 T. chopped parsley
2 c. chopped broccoli stems
3 eggs with shells
3 c of chicken or beef broth or water
4 c. whole wheat bread squares or 4 c. cooked diced potatoes
4 diced garlic cloves
1/2 c. olive oil

heat garlic in olive oil add carrots broccoli and parsley and saute for 5 min.  add broth/water and simmer for 15 min.  blend eggs and shells in blender, add bread/potatoes to the vegetables in skillet and stir.  lower heat add the beaten eggs, stir again for 3 min.  cool and serve/store
