Pumpkin Nut Loaf Topper

2 c. whole wheat flour or replace with 1 c. coconut flour and 1 c. tapioca flour
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
2 c. pumpkin, canned
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 c olive oil
1 c. pumpkin seeds, finely chopped

preheat oven to 350.   mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.  combine pumpkin, molasses, milk, olive oil and eggs.  add to dry ingredients and stir in chopped pumpkin seeds.  spread on a well greased standard loaf pan and bake for 45 to 55 min.  cool and crumble on top of kibble
