Squash topper

Add to dry kibble

3 butternut or acorn squashes
2/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. chicken broth
6 eggs beaten
1 t. garlic powder

preheat oven to 350, cut squash in half and bake until soft about 40 min.  let cool and scrape out and mash.  save the squash seeds place in blender and chop up to add to mix.  blend the eggs (shells optional), chicken broth, garlic powder and blend.  mix blended liquid with mashed squash.  pour into an oiled casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 min.  cool and serve/store
