Vegan style dog food
6 c. water
1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. quinoa
1 c. lentils
1/2 c. cranberries
1 xl sweet potato or 3 med
3 c. peanut butter (use less maybe 2 c. next time)
1 1/2 c. acv, opt
1 T. flax
multi vit
prozyme plus
probiotic
boil the 1st 6 ingredients in a pot. then simmer and cover for 40 min to 1 hour or until soft. mash and then add the remaining ingredients.
top servings with flax, vitamins, enzymes and probiotics.
1.5 c. red lentils
1 c. br. lentils
1 1/2 c. millet, br. rice, quinoa, steel oats (you an mix it as well)
soak for 1 to 10 hours
drain and put in a pan with 8 c. water, 1" wakame cut into pieces.
1 sweet potato or 2 carrots, 1 t. turmeric and a pinch of black pepper.
bring to a boil then simmer partially covered for 30 to 40 min. remove from heat, uncover and stir in the following:
4 c. kale
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. chickpeas, cooked
1/2 c. gr. flax
1/2 c. nutritional yeast
2 T. coconut oil
add supplements when serving.
